1. Unit 3 & 3A to be stripped of all cladding. Some masonry walls retained and adapted. 2 bay extensions to both frames with new steel frames. Using existing purlins and cladding rails on existing frame and new purlins, cladding rails and spacer batten to new frame to support new insulated composite cladding. New pre-cast concrete first floor areas and small areas of timber deck. Internal outfit as Agricultural repair workshop with associated stores, showroom and offices. 2. New open-fronted steel framed shed with composite steel insulated cladding. 3. Removal of units 1-2 along with the gatehouse and site works to create open storage, access and parking areas, including retained walls, new concrete road with undercroft and other associated site works.
