Bespoke

If you are looking to create a beautiful, bespoke home – whether it’s a new build, renovation, or barn conversion - we can help. Our expert and experienced team will work with your architect, or recommend an architect, to build your forever home.

We’ve built large family homes in new plots, demolished properties and constructed beautiful modern properties, and renovated houses, bringing them back to life. We can build in any fabric, including stone, brick or timber-framed. Many of the homes we create are green energy homes – passive housing, that is not just energy efficient, but also comfortable, affordable and ecological.

Our barn conversions are a stunning addition to the landscape, in stone or timber. Our showcase is a barn conversion we are undertaking for our company directors.

As with all the work we carry out, we handle the project from start to finish, using our own team and trusted tradespeople to complete every stage, from groundworks, to construction, to interior design.

You just need to pick up the keys.

Completion Date

Project Lead
Main Contractor

In 2022 we were asked by the Duchy of Cornwall to construct a new building within the grounds of Highgrove House.

This new building houses the shop for visitors to the world-famous gardens. It replaced a temporary structure which had occupied the site for several years.

The project was delivered in a quick timescale –  just over 7 months from the  ground breaking to its completion, construction started in January 2023 and finished in July 2023.

The building is timber-framed and clad entirely in English oak above its Cotswold stone plinth. It has relatively low embodied energy due to the amount of timber used in its construction and is expected to be close to zero-carbon in use; the flat roof provides a hidden location for photovoltaic solar panels, and the minimal heating required is delivered via an air-source heat pump.

The sale of products sold in the shop, along with garden tours and events, support the work of The Prince’s Foundation.
